Core Process Flow & Key Control Points of Gold Flotation Production Line
A stable and high-efficiency gold flotation system relies on scientific process design and precise parameter control. Different from one-size-fits-all solutions, gold flotation adopts two mainstream process flows according to the actual distribution of gold grains in raw ore.
For ore with evenly distributed gold particles, the conventional single-stage grinding-flotation process is applied. This flow has a simple structure, easy operation and low equipment investment, which is ideal for conventional gold ore. When facing ore with uneven gold grain distribution, technicians will adopt staged grinding and flotation technology. This segmented processing method can fully release gold minerals step by step and avoid the problem of incomplete dissociation caused by unreasonable grinding.
Grinding fineness is the primary control point of the whole process. For gold wrapped inside sulfide minerals, we only need to ensure monomer dissociation of sulfide ore. If gold is mixed with gangue minerals, the grinding fineness must reach the standard of gold monomer dissociation. In actual production, the optimal grinding standard is confirmed through professional ore testing.
In addition, pulp concentration needs targeted adjustment: thick pulp is configured for high-density and coarse particles, while dilute pulp suits low-density and fine particles. Meanwhile, reagent dosage, aeration quantity and flotation time are all key indicators that determine final separation results.
