In terms of construction quality control, most of the project’s mineral processing equipment is made of thin steel plate materials, which are light in weight and convenient for on-site assembly, but easy to deform during long-distance transportation and high-altitude hoisting, affecting equipment installation accuracy and later production stability. For this key quality risk point, Xinhai’s construction team formulated special protection plans, adopted professional shockproof packaging and fixed measures for equipment transportation, and standardized hoisting operation specifications to avoid equipment extrusion and deformation. Strict quality inspection was carried out after installation to ensure that all equipment meets the production installation standards.
